Welcome to the Lucy Yoga Online Studio. Sometimes it's impossible to make it to an in person session so this is the place you can come to when it suits you. Here you can practice in your pj's, at home, in the garden, in bed, up a mountain, whatever takes your fancy! You'll find a mixture of gentle flow yoga, sessions for energy, relaxing bedtime routines and meditations that you can dip into as and when.  A new session is added every week.
