Why Work With Me?

I’m Lucy a former TV presenter turned Yoga, Breathwork Teacher and Wellbeing Coach for midlife women.

​

​After 2 decades in TV I left my busy, glamorous career for a lifestyle more aligned with me.  In doing so I lost my identity, but I chose to lean into the fear and take a chance - before it was too late. 

​

I've met many challenges along the way, not just financially but grieving the loss of the career that defined me. I also at first felt lost, confused, overwhelmed and worried that I had made the right decision. 

​

The first thing I did was step away from my default setting of constantly doing and feeling stressed to a place of calm. I then found some clarity as to what really lit me up in my work. Once I had the answers I built my confidence and made it happen. 

​

Today I feel totally lit up and excited by my work and strive forwards with purpose and passion even on the hard days. 

​

I now help other midlife women do the same with my 1:1 coaching Midlife Mastery using my 3 Midlife Rocks:
