Why Work With Me?

I’m Lucy — a former TV presenter turned Yoga Teacher, Breathwork Coach and Women’s Wellbeing Mentor.

I know how to stay calm, centred and confident under pressure — i’ve done it on live TV, in leadership and in life.

I now help women do the same — in their bodies, in their breathing, in their presence, and in the way they show up in the world.

What's more I changed my direction in life. A career I had built since the age of 14! I followed my heart and with grit and determination built a new life.
